Since joining the team 15 years ago, he has been instrumental in the company’s growth from its timber frame roots into a successful £3.5 million turnover business serving major housebuilders across the North West. His role encompasses all estimating, tender preparation, pricing, monthly valuations, and commercial management. Paul was involved from the pivotal moment when the company transitioned from timber frame work to internal fit-out, starting with a landmark project for New City Vision in Norris Green. His deep understanding of labour costs, materials pricing, and profit margins helped establish the foundation for the company’s sustained success.
