Chris Buck Marks 12 Years at CLTK: ‘He’s delivered it all’

This month we’re celebrating a huge milestone for one of our longest-serving team members: Chris Buck, who has officially hit 12 years at CLTK Joinery Services.

Chris, our Contracts Manager, is the definition of a grafter. Starting as an apprentice at 18, he earned his stripes at Sanderson Contracts and hasn’t stopped since. Over the course of a 30+ year career, he’s delivered literally every kind of joinery job imaginable — hotels, houses, nightclubs, Pizza Huts — you name it, Chris has made it happen.

These days, Chris runs the show on sites in St Helens, Hartford, Windy Harbour, and Breck Road, managing a team of 40+ joiners and ensuring every job is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

Despite his senior role, Chris remains hands-on and close to the work — never afraid to jump in when needed. His commitment, knowledge, and love for the job make him not only a leader, but a role model for the next generation of joiners at CLTK.
