From timber frame to 40 new homes at Sandbrook Road

Six months ago this site was scaffolding, timber trusses and a crane against the sky. Today it’s 40 new homes on Sandbrook Road.
Our team were in there for the whole journey. Studding out the partitions, fitting the first-fix windows, closing up the roof, right through to the streets you see finished now.
Part of this scheme is family housing. Part of it is a block of special respite units for people with autism, built for Sefton Council. Different briefs, same standard.
This month Vistry named us Subcontractor of the Month for Sandbrook. That means more to this team than any certificate on the wall. It’s a client telling you the work speaks for itself.
Credit to every joiner who put the hours in on that scaffold, in all weathers, to get this right.
Watching bare timber frame turn into someone’s front door never gets old. That’s the standard we’ve built CLTK on.
