CLTK delivers joinery package at Loco Works

CLTK has successfully delivered its joinery package at Loco Works, the Rivington Chase development in Bolton, delivering 116 new homes for Bolton at Home and Irwell Valley Homes, built by Caddick.

The package included engineered roof and joist products, designed and supplied by CLTK and its supply chain, alongside fire doors supplied, fitted and signed off under CLTK’s FIRAS certification.

Delivered on time and on budget, the project was completed to the highest standards, with CLTK also picking up subcontractor awards along the way.

With residents now moved in, the development marks another successful project delivery for the team.
