When HMS broke ground on their largest St. Helens development to date, the £12 million Rutland Street project, they needed a joinery partner capable of delivering exceptional quality on a significant scale. CLTK Joinery Services was selected to provide the complete joinery package for this transformative development.
The 90,000 sq ft speculative industrial scheme at Mere Grange, Rutland Street, consisted of four high-quality industrial units intended to create 170 new jobs in the region and revitalize a previously vacant brownfield site. For a project of this magnitude, precision and reliability in the joinery work were non-negotiable requirements.
